Description:
Hybrid of Cornus kousa and Cornus capitata. In warmer climates the Eric Gennet is semi-evergreen, holding its leaves over Winter while in cooler climates the deep green Summer foliage will turn fiery red in Autumn. Distinct four-petal dogwood blossom open creamy white and gradually turn pink as they mature. Bird attracting pink strawberry-like fruits are produced in late Summer.
